In outsourced accounting, each client has its own reports, deadlines, and information to check. Zafirok complements work in 1C with a workspace dedicated to practice organization: companies are assigned to employees, each task has clear context, and the manager sees portfolio progress. The team can find its work and the information it needs more easily.

Continue recording transactions and working with ledgers in your 1C configuration. The platform also includes services and business processes, depending on the solution used. A specific outsourcing workflow may need adaptations, integrations, or help from an implementation specialist.

Plan reports, assign companies, and track work. Accountants open the client workspace to find the information they need, while the manager reviews the team's position. You can adjust responsibilities and priorities as the portfolio changes while keeping a shared way of working.
When you manage tens or hundreds of companies, a general task list becomes difficult to follow. Zafirok organizes work company by company, giving each accountant their own responsibilities and the director a view for coordinating the portfolio.
Zafirok provides screens and features ready for accounting practice management. Some of this work can also be done in 1C, depending on its configuration. Zafirok's organization is designed to be simple and flexible: find company information quickly, adjust responsibilities and keep working in the same workspace.
The tax profile and configured catalog support a plan of returns, reports, and recurring tasks for each company.
Review and synchronize received and issued invoices through the available integration, with access configured for that client.
Extract invoice details, amounts, and VAT from photos, scans, or PDFs in the payment workflow. Review the extracted information before confirming the details.
Check statements through bank connections configured per company or import them from a file to prepare and review work.
The team updates statuses, and reports show progress for the selected period, grouped by reporting type, status, and employee.
Keep documents, checklists, and links in the company's context and generate informative and payment notes in PDF.
These management features are available independently of the connection to 1C. Direct synchronization with 1C is in development; bookkeeping remains in the accounting application your firm uses.

Features, limits, taxes and additional services differ between products; this compares billing models rather than identical packages. We are developing a connection to send selected, organized Zafirok data to compatible 1C configurations. The goal is less information re-entry and an easier continuation of the accounting process your team already knows. Accounting records stay in 1C; Zafirok supports organization and work preparation.

No. Zafirok complements 1C by organizing your accounting practice. Keep accounting records, transactions and ledgers in your existing 1C configuration, and use Zafirok to organize client companies, assigned accountants, reporting, deadlines and team progress.
You can organize tasks and processes in 1C, depending on its configuration. Zafirok offers a ready workflow for managing an outsourced accounting practice: assign companies to employees, plan filings and check progress in dedicated screens. The goal is more direct access to information and easier changes to team organization, without rebuilding that workflow inside your accounting application.
Zafirok includes reporting plans, access by role and company, available e-Factura and bank connections for each client, and scanning of photographed or PDF invoices in the payments module. The accountant reviews scan results before saving amounts. Similar 1C features depend on the configuration and services; missing processes or connections may require settings, modules or additional development.
We are developing export and synchronization with 1C so you can continue working with selected data in your familiar accounting workflow. The integration is in development and is not yet available. Supported data and exchange directions will depend on the compatible 1C configuration; today, you can use Zafirok for organization and 1C for accounting records.
